I’ve been on the juice…
And it taste amazing.
With training here in the humid tropics of Thailand hydration is important…a few carbs and sugars from the juice give me a quick “pick me up” after the long hours in the gym.
Mangosteen juice is also a great natural anti inflammatory–while the others provide critical nutrients and antioxidants.
I don’t drink gatorade…usually a glass of half juice-half water or straight water with electrolytes added
