Long day today…got into Kuala Lumpur late last night…

Woke up early today…sorted a phone and headed down to The One FC rules meeting…since they allow elbows knees soccer kicks to a downed opponent…there were a few tweaks on the unified rules.

Left Adam at the hotel as I went out to dinner…weigh one tomorrow and then it’s game time :)
