I love SomTam!

Okay…so the entire time I lived in Thailand…I would prolly eat Somtam 3-4 times a week…

That said…I never learned how to make it ;(

Now living in the Middle East…Somtam is one of the things I miss most about Asia. Luckily for me…Ole’s wife has arrived in Abu Dhabi…and today she made Somtam for dinner!
