Got a chance to check out the Punishment training center today in Huntington Beach.

UFC legend Tito Ortiz owns the gym and stopped by to get a bit of grappling in with his boys while he’s preparing for his Bellator fight in San Diego against Stephan Bonner about 5 weeks from now.

Gonna try to make it back up to his gym Thursday, today He showed me a cool set up for elbows from the GNP position. Using my hands to cover my opponents breathing, the elbow turns over from the top.
