How many times do you get to work with a guy that actually fought for the UFC BELT?!!?

While back in Phoenix after JJ’s fight for Bellator…I got an opportunity to stop into Siege MMA and visit with friends.

Former UFC Champion Contender, Strikeforce and Bellator veteran Joe Riggs has been running portions of the MMA program at the facility–and he was kind enough to work with me on some padwork while I was in town.

Joe has been around a long time—and the both of us started our fight careers on the same local circuit.  He has a tremendous heart…and with the ”rumors” that the Ultimate Fighter is planning another comeback season…it would be cool to see him get another opportunity.
