Only a few more days of training left on the lovely island of Phuket before I head back to the states to represent Kuwait Combat Athletics at the 2014 IBJJ Nogi Mundials.

Training in the Nogi Submission Wrestling class under Marcio Cesar Gracinha last night, he showed me this cool setup for the KataGame that he learned while earning his BJJ Black Belt at Nova Uniao.
