LOL…Yeah—I know none of you really clicked this link expecting me to say ‘ME”…LOL–

JJ Ambrose…will be dry as a whistle tonight as he finishes out the last couple weeks of his training camp leading up to his fight in Saipan on the 9th.  Currently 15-3 as a pro…JJ has won 12 out of his last 13 professional fights…and after getting his Brown Belt in BJJ under Tracy Hess last week…he’s hungry to get signed to a Major promotion.

….If you have a plate of food–might wanna stay away from Baroni and Ambrose tonight…both of em’ are cutting weight…and might just take a bite out of crime’
