LOL…okay after reading Jesper Fryschuss blog entry on the ”7 year old choke”—I was determined to put up a blog entry of my own…lol.

In preparation for the Pan Asian BJJ Games in the Philippines next month I’ve been training under Professor Rodrigo Praxedes 3x’s a week, in addition to my normal weights and striking training.
