Great seminar @siegemma today!!

What a great day of training with the crew at Siege MMA.

Drew Jitsu set me up with a seminar this afternoon and we spent a majority of the afternoon covering attacks from the guard.

Got a chance to catch up with UFC vet Joe Diesel Riggs…looking forward to training with him while I’m in town!!
