Great Grappling seminar @tigermuaythai by BJJ Black Belt Tomasz ‘Pajak’ Stasiak of Poland’s team Berserkers

Just wanted to thank Undefeated MMA fighter and BJJ Black Belt Tomasz ‘The Spider’ Stasiak for the wonderful seminar this morning at Tiger Muay Thai.  As a member of Europe’s top grappling team, ‘Berserkers’—he had a ton of knowledge to share with the group.

Starting with takedowns, he went over a great transition series before getting the techniques on the floor.  He showed several great drills that the guys will immediately be able to use to improve their grappling.

With close to 30 students in attendance–everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.—Was a great lead up to the Steve Petremale boxing seminar next month!
