Grappler and MMA veteran Bobby Gerrits stops by Tiger Muay Thai

Bobby Gerrits has been grappling a long time!!!!

After a brief fight career that saw him lose decisions to UFC Vets Mike Ciesnolevicz (TMT Alumni) and Solomon Hutcherson, Bobby relocated to Las Vegas Nevada where he has spent the past 4 years training under Ultimate Fighter Coach Marc Laimon of the Cobra Kai Academy.

Training in Vegas, and being a 205lbs fighter he has had the opportunity to train with an encyclopedia of names when it comes to grappling and UFC PRIDE STRIKEFORCE Veterans.

Currently an 8 year Purple Belt, Bobby regularly competes above his rank and has done well on the Asian scene, winning  medals at the Copa De Macau 8man Pro and the FBT Thailand Open.

He is only going to be able to train at Tiger Muay Thai for a few days…before returning to Master Toddy’s facility in BKK where he teaches grappling and is looking to start promoting the sport of MMA in Thailand. Look for more cooperation between Tiger Muay Thai and Master Toddy soon!

Bobby will be teaching a few techniques while he is here at TMT…and should be back for another training trip with a couple of his students in the near future.
