Good training with a IBJJF World Champion today in Malaysia!!

Stopped in to Muayfit while I was in Malaysia today to roll with 4th degree BJJ black belt Suyan Queiroz.

A former IBJJF Mundial Champion, professor Suyan gave a seminar at Phuket Top Team while he was in Phuket and will be stopping through Q23 Academy later this month…

A lifelong martial artist, the 36 year old is in amazing shape and gave me some great training in preparation to the Pan Asian games in Manila next weekend. *OSU*
