Great watching Bellator fighter and BJJ Brown Belt JJ Ambrose training with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt and former top 10 ranked Rajadamnern stadium fighter Adam Kayoom!! as he prepares for his June 23rd fight in the One FC 4–Kuala Lumpur event against Gregory Gracie…Yep….that ”Gracie”.

Participating in Road FC Veteran Andrew Leone’s afternoon wrestling class–JJ pushed Adam through a tough warmup/cardio session before getting in a dogfight with him during the live wrestling portions of practice.

–Adam’s made great strides in his takedown defense–an area that has greatly improved since his decision loss to Korean sensation Myun Ho Bae almost two years ago.

The bout with Gracie is going to be a matter of defending the takedown while imposing Kayoom’s pace to the fight…something we are game-planning now.

Heard 3rd degree BJJ Black Belt Mauricio Zingano arrived with his wife Cat earlier this evening!!—I will be looking to bring Adam and his camp by Tiger later this week to get in some work with Mauricio, head coach and husband of the #1 ranked 124lbs female in MMA.
