Going away dinner with @miraclemanmma n’ others…

Was nice to get back on the island last night in time to say goodbye to Ryan who will be heading back to the UK last night.

A large group of us met at Urban Foods in Central…and then shared a few laughs over drinks.

Back to training today though as I’ve got a back lift with Keenan scheduled for 2PM :)
