*FREEKY FRIDAY*…gotta love BJJ :)

Every Friday in the evening BJJ Class Andrew Gardineer—a Brown Belt under 3x World Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Champion Giva Santana of the Lotus Club Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition team shows a ‘cool’ move.–He’s renamed this day ‘Freaky Friday’.

Last week he showed a cool reverse-omoplata that he sets up from the back.  Years ago I saw Juliano show me this technique from the back…but over the years—I’ve forgot it and no longer use it in my ‘game’.—I still set up this omoplata from several other locations–crucifix, turtle…etc.

….As the saying goes…I’ve probably forgotten more BJJ then I’ll ever remember.  Hope you enjoy the technique.
