Fight conditioning with @kuwaitMMA as Muhammad Ali prepares for amateur MMA title defense GFC

18 year old MMA fighter Muhammad Ali will be defending his amateur GFC Championship belt at the end of the month in Kuwait.  Muhammad Ali will be facing Aden Baron of Phuket Top Team.

Even though he is still an amateur, Mohammad will be fighting Aden under professional rules with punches to the face on the ground, and elbows/knees legal from the standing position, the only difference between his fight and the professionals being paid for their performances will be the time limit.  Mohammad Ali will be fighting 3 minute rounds instead of 5.

Working on his conditioning, we have been doing several High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT.
