Drew Jitsu takes a medal home @ibjjf #panams

Congrats Drew Jitsu on the Bronze medal at the 2013 IBJJF Pan Ams!

In one of the largest tournaments of the year (thing lasted 5 days)…Drew lost in the Semi Finals by advantages in an exciting match.

I am super proud of this guy, and his achievements are really remarkable. I still remember when he first walked into the gym all those years ago…lol…somehow I convinced him to do an MMA fight at the gym without any notice…and remarkably he won that in the first minute by guillotine choke.

He’s continued training all these years, and now can proudly claim to be one of the top Brown Belts in the world! Hope to see him compete a few more times this year.
