Dont mind if I do!!!

Just finished a killer workout….ran through 15 mins on the treadmill followed by
3 sets of 8 reps for;
Dead lift
Bent over rows
Clean
Standing military press
Squats

And since next weekend is Songkran…Curls for the girls at the end :)

Gonna grab a quick swim and then it’s off to get set for Easter Sunday Roast at the greenman…I think I’ve earned the meal :)
