Does it ever rain in Thailand?

LOL…that is like asking if it is ever hot on the surface of the sun.

Seriously though–Thailand does not have Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall.  The only two seasons we have is Monsoon, and Sunny.  For a few months out of the year it seems like it rains everyday.  Having lived in the southwest of the United States for so long (Nevada, Arizona, California) I enjoy the rain.  I love to turn off the airconditioning in my bungalow and open the windows to listen to the rain…in the rain forest.  Very therapeutic.

The ONLY THING I hate about the rain season…is getting from point “A” to point “B”.  Usually you just sit and wait the rain out–but when I have to be at the gym at 9, and again at 4…that really isn’t an option.  Riding in the rain on the motorbike is not fun.  The rain is cold, and the drops hurt when your speeding out of the storm…lol.

I’ve already started saving, and am looking to get myself some form of a vehicle sooner…rather than later.

**All of that said**…I did enjoy the new Waterfall added to TMT :)
