Death in the Ring!

There are people who dream of fighting, without ever realizing the risks this sport runs towards your health.  In 2010 when I made my debut for the NEOFIGHT promotion in South Korea, I had heard the story of the death in Gimme 5 where one of the fighters suffered a brain hemorrhaging after the fight that led to his death.

below is a video breakdown of the recent death in the Milwaukee kickboxing scene, which really highlights the dangers of fighting and the need to have a cornerman/ref who is looking out primarily for the fighter’s safety.
