Stopped in to check out a new Mixed Martial Arts and fitness training facility located in Patong this weekend.

Located on Soi Sansabai, Fight Factory is a new facility less than 2 weeks old. Equipped with a new cage, and an impressive amount of weight training machines, the gym is airconditioned and minutes from Bangla road.

Asking around, I was told the MMA program is being ran by Damien Roche. Roche is from France and has been a name in Mixed Martial Arts for sometime, most recently living and working in Hong Kong…
