California’s latest Amateur MMA judge 

January I was given an opportunity to take the CSAC ref and judge training offered under Big John Mcacarthy and the CSAC.

The course featured many of the top refs you see in the UFC, Bellator, and even Japanese refs from Rizin!

Tonight was my first time getting to work on the officials side in California. I was assigned cage side inspector and given two fights to officially score after shadowing Ref pioneer Larry Landless most of the afternoon.
