Brayden Summers wins in Australia, Jason Saggo wins in Canada…*BOOM* go TMT!!

Congrats TMT alumni Jason Saggo for his impressive display against Taylor Solomon in Ontario Canada this past weekend.  Defeating him by armbar in the 2nd Rd., Jason Saggo made a statement as a promising up and coming fighter.  Earning the win on the Knockout Entertainment MMA promotion, the fight card also featured MMA Names Chris Horodecki, Jordan Mein, and Josh Burkman.

Jason hit me up and told me he is planning on being back at Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Phuket in Jan. sometime.  He’s one of my alltime favorite training partners…and won a HISTORIC 4 man BBQ Beatdown tournament back in the day.

Also scrapping it out this weekend was Brayden Summers–one of the few students who have earned a ‘grading’ in BJJ under me.  Brayden fought the undefeated Rusty Mcbride.  Improving his record to 4-0, Brayden is looking at moving up the Lightweight rankings in Australia and is eager to establish himself as one of the top prospects not fighting for a major promotion out of Australia.  Look for Brayden to continue gaining some ring experience, and to return to TMT in August.  Summers will be competing for TMT on the Martial Combat promotion, an event organized by ESPN STAR Sports and shown in 24 countries to a broadcast of over 310 million homes!!!…congratulations guys…hard work pays off!!!
