BOOM @philbaroni headed to @tigermuaythai for his @onefcmma fight

Phil Baroni just hit me up and it looks like he’s gonna be coming to Tiger Muay Thai for a few days before his fight in Singapore after all.

Having done most of his training camp in San Jose at AKA…Baroni was originally contemplating flying directly to Singapore and working out with our friends at Evolve in an effort to save on the possibility of being Jet Lag and to focus the last of his attention on the weight cut.

…It now appears he’s gonna shed the last few pounds in the comforts of Phuket-before heading off to Singapore for his One FC debut.

I’m sure everyone at the gym is looking forward to meeting the NYBA…but be warned…175lbs isnt an easy cut for him…and if he starts looking at you crazy…it’s prolly cause he’s envisioning you as a medium rare steak with a side of mash potatoes…lol
