BJJ first…Songkran 2nd!!!

Great turnout in the morning grappling class. JJ Ambrose showed a few techniques to the class.

Wed.-thur.-fri we will be running a 5PM open mat for anyone wanting to train. Sat open may is at noon.

Next week starts Broseph’s wrestling classes. Tue-Thur 6pm and Sat 1:00.
