JJ Ambrose of  Phuket Top Team gets in tonight for his GFC 3 main event in Kuwait.  JJ has been working hard with Phuket Fit, and Mark Marriani so I expect him to come in good shape, ready to take away the win before his upcoming Bellator fight later this year.
