Bangkok brazilian jiu jitsu is in the house!!!!

Stopped by BKK BJJ to visit my buddy Adam Kayoom.

Kayoom is a black belt under Ricardo Liborio of American Top Team and spent a month long training camp at TMT earlier this year as he prepared for his LEGENDS FC bout (MMA) in Hong Kong.

While he was at TMT…Adam shared a ton of knowledge with my guys and was a perfect example of what a teammate should be.

…wanting to return the favor I stopped by his academy and showed a few techniques I’ve been organizing for my next Seminar in South Africa.

BKK BJJ has a good group of training partners…and the graphing tournament at EMAC on Sunday is going to be fun to watch…
