…Back to eating clean….

3 egg white-spinach omelet with Brown Rice and a Grilled Chicken Breast for lunch.  I’ve been trying to clean up my diet–and eating at the Tiger Muay Thai grill has made it pretty easy.

I can order my food after the morning grappling class—get in a few minutes of weight training while it is being prepared—eat my breakfast–then finish my weight session before heading home.  I’ve been able to keep the ‘routine’ up all week…and am already looking forward to next weeks success :)
