Back on the grind tomorrow…

Going 3-0 this past week in Singapore TMT improved the overall team record in Martial Combat to 7-3.   Next month Tiger Muay Thai will have another tough bout when Strikeforce vet Joe Ray steps up in competition to face 2x UFC veteran Chad “The Grinder” Reiner.  Chad spent some time training at Tiger Muay Thai earlier this year and being a veteran of over 35 fights will be a step up in competition for the 3-0 Joe Ray.

Reiner is a very experienced veteran who prefers to get the fight to the mat with aggressive wrestling and submission attacks.  Joe Ray is going to look to keep the fight standing and work his way back to his feet the entire bout.  Knocking out Evolve MMA Instructor Zoro Moreira in under 15 seconds during his Martial Combat debut, fans are expecting another exciting performance from Joe Ray.

My job for the next 4 weeks is going to be getting Joe Ray ready to defend the takedowns-armbar-kimura-and RNC submissions while making sure he keeps his striking and conditioning ready for a 5 round 5 minute Superfight.  Those of you who will be in Singapore August 18th…make sure you show up at the Resorts World-Sentosa Island for the event!!!
