Ashraf Shishani Urban Team Kuwait training BJJ Catchwrestling

Swooped by the Urban Team training facility down by the waterpark next to the towers, good group of guys in attendance for Ashraf Shishani’s ‘CatchWrestling’ ‘MMA’ ‘NOGI BJJ’ Seminar.

However you classify the grappling, it was technical in its approach and painful in its affect!  Several bone crushing spinal cord tangling ear scruffed elbow grease techniques later, the class realized all the options available to them in one certain position, that many of them have never even examined.

Working from the snap down/ Srawl/ Turtled position, BJJ Black Belt and all around tough guy Ashraf Shishani showed the guys some of the finer points of ‘This is to the death”…and ‘THIS IS TO THE DEATH!!”

Shishani had worked with Rafa Lopes on the upcoming season of AL Acadimiya which features Combat Athletics favorite egyptian Zikko fighting to remain undefeated an win another championship.
