Squats
Leg press
Calf raises
Leg extensions
Leg curls
Superman Hyperextensions
Add in a bit of pool and sun…and this morning wasn’t a bad workout.
Gonna grab some lunch and a recovery nap before heading to roll with Professor Rodrigo Praxedes tonight.
