A ROACH COACH on two wheels!?

LOL…only in Thailand can you race a kitchen on your motorbike.

The “Thai pancake” is one of my favorite local snacks.  You can purchase these for 20-40THB depending on “what you get inside”.  You can get Banana, Egg, strawberry-grape-blueberry jelly…or whatever other toppings the local “Chef” has available.  They top the pancake with evaporated milk, and sprinkle it with a lil’ sugar.  Not the healthiest snack—but they are worth their weight in gold!!! LOL.

Tonight I ordered a banana-pancake with Strawberry Jelly…I paid 20THB wich is about 50 cents.
