A day of training with Jeff Glover

Made it up to Hollywood the other day to train with World Champion Jeff Glover before he departs for Abu Dhabi.

Was a fun day of training as we worked a few ideas about defending the footlock from the butterfly–did some stability ball training–and some transitional rolling.

Ended with a good conversation with my friend Pedro–before heading back to the OC
