3 bjj black belts in advanced mma today

Phew…just want to thank everyone for coming to help me get ready for my July fight.

Today…besides Aussie Ian Bone and strikeforce vet Joe Ray we had 3 BJJ Black Belts.

Marcelo Giudici, Yoshinoro hasegawa, and Juliano Prado.

After advance MMA I did my 40 min conditioning training with Randy…today was kettle bells…UGH!
