2mrrw night there is going to be a Beatdown in Malaysia!!

Man…while Im loving training with Ole Laursen and the guys at Boracay Legacy Gym…I’m disappointed to be missing Sparta Combat’s second edition of the Spartan Beatdown.

Food-Drinks-and amateur Muay Thai fights…that’s always a recipe for entertainment!!

I’m gonna have to find a way to attend the next one…
